We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add and/or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, We reserve the right to share, sell, rent, lease and/or otherwise distribute any and all personal information (other than Sensitive Information) with/to any third party for any and all uses permitted by this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

     IV.     Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

     (a) Response Data. When You open, preview or click on the advertising portion of Our e-mail messages, the Website or other Online Media, We collect such response data and other Non-personal information for Our internal marketing purposes (collectively, “Response Data”). Please be further advised that, after You delete Your personal information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from Our active servers and may remain in Our backup systems.
